01A Tuesday, once it is running
What a Tuesday looks like once it is running.
This is what your business looks like once we have built and connected it. You open the laptop. One list is waiting, and it is called the Queue. Four things are drafted: a reply that needed writing, a schedule that needed moving, a report you would have rebuilt by hand, a follow up you would have forgotten. Nobody stayed late to make them.
You read them. Three are right and you say yes. One is not, so you change a line and say yes to that. The four that go out pass the Gate, which is the moment your name attaches to them. Each one lands in the Record, which holds what went out, who released it, and when. That record is added to and never rewritten. If something is undone later, that is added to the record too, never erased from it.
The rest of the day is the work you actually wanted to do. Not because anything ran without you, but because the carrying is done and the deciding is the only part left. Most businesses are not short on effort. They are short one piece, and that is the piece we build.

Each piece is drafted for a person to read, edit and release. Nothing it writes reaches an audience until your named approver has said yes to that exact piece.

It reads what happened, sessions kept, sessions missed, check ins answered, and every client reaches it as a pointer rather than a person. Names, files, and contact details are switched off on every account, and only you can switch them on, from inside your own dashboard.

Your instance keeps its own learning, and that learning is never used to improve anyone else's system.
We run our own business on it. These refusals are not settings someone could switch off. Nothing here sends and nothing here spends, because those parts were never built at all, and the one thing that can be published, a coach's own web page, only goes live after the system has read the page back to them and they have said yes. The first business running on this system is Marrow Fitness, a company Edwin Grant owns, so if it ever misbehaved, we would be the first ones it hurt.

04Ownership
Everything the work touches stays yours.
When we leave, your accounts, your logins, your content and your records stay with you, and you keep your own instance with a license to keep running it for your own business. One honest exception, said here rather than found later. The stored copy of a connected login is encrypted with a key we hold, so on the day you leave that one thing needs us to hand it over. We keep the engine we built. You keep everything else.
Which systems sit where, precisely, because the honest answer has two halves. Your Google, your Meta and your database are connected as your own accounts, and they stay that way. Social posting is the exception: it runs through a posting vendor we hold the relationship with, under a profile that is yours inside our account. We would rather name that than let you assume otherwise and find it later.
The stored copy of every login lives in your own database, not ours, and your record of releases is kept in your own systems, readable by you, and added to rather than rewritten. Two details about custody we would rather tell you than have you find. While you are connecting an account, the credential passes through our systems and waits there for up to fifteen minutes, until you have told us which business it belongs to. And the stored copy is encrypted with a key we hold, so the box sits in your building and we hold the key.
